Automatic electrostatic powder spraying aluminum vertical line, the project is a turnkey project, our company is responsible to provide a complete set of electrostatic powder coating production line for our customers (the waterfall pretreatment, moisture drying furnace, electrostatic powder spray and recycling equipment, compressed air device, powder solidification furnace, suspension conveyor system and electrical control system, isolated room and so on)

Powder coating based on powder coating and form shape coating, solid component can reach 100%。Because we don´t use solvents, it can reduce the pollution of the environment and save resources, it is with the feature of recycling etc。 It not only can rise to the traditional protection and decoration effect。 It still with various paranormal materials, which mainly including insulation, heat resistance, electric, anti-fouling, flame retardant, anti-radiation functions。

Pretreatment: removal oil, degrease, chromium change。。。 and procedural
Spraying: Powder coating, powder curing, cooling。。。and process

(C)Feature:
1。 Adopt UH - 5SN suspension conveyor conveying, equipped with motor speed driving
2。powder metal Curing baking is adopted by straight-through type structure, furnace plate adopts the overall frame structure, and heating preservation effect is good。
3。 Curing bake heating is using natural gas heating, the mode of hot air circulation, preserving heat。 Energy consumption is reduced to the minimum。
4。 In order to guarantee the workpiece surface quality, It is particularly adding hot air filtration devices。 In order to effectively prevent the furnace internal circulation of suspended particles timely filter, so as to ensure the purity of the hot air, reaching high quality surface of workpiecesintered metal quality。
5。 Powder room chooses the latest Europe designing new spray, the design of convulsions airflow is stable and reasonable, which guarantee the workpiece on powder rate and quality of coating, recycling of 95% ~ 97%。
6。 Powder recovering device adopts the sieving device for 80 mesh, it can be better filtration powder impurities; to ensure that the surface of workpiece quality。
7。 The control system adopts advanced programmable controller and the whole Chinese interface touching screen

Notes:
During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted;
Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing。
