人力仲介-加國就業部長不滿臨時外勞計劃 稱更易受剝削

　　加拿大聯邦就業部長康尼近期屢外籍看護表露對臨時外勞計劃的不滿，多次透過社交平台和訪問向計劃發炮，說臨時外勞“形同簽了賣人力仲介公司身契”，又稱若雇主請不到工人，只要提高薪外籍廠工金來吸引勞工便成。

　　亞省有快餐廳雇主表示，若不能透過計劃雇用臨時外勞，他們會受到影響外勞仲介。康尼在Twitter發文駁斥有關說法，指他們的憂慮“荒謬”，又多次發文抨擊聯邦政府的臨時外勞計劃，更在一次外籍幫傭訪問中稱，外勞在加國只具有臨時身份，令他們易受剝削：“他們的入境條件是必須工作，雇主知道他們會每天人力仲介出現工作，覺得他們更可靠，開始視之爲更有效率的員工隊伍。”他指計劃原意是讓請不到人的雇主，在“萬不得已”的情況下使用，但如今計劃已經變質，更認爲在加臨時外勞“形同簽了賣身契”。

　　聯邦政府年初，大規模修定臨時外勞計劃，提高輸入這類工人的門坎，內容包括收緊發出許可證的標准，並將雇用臨時外勞的薪酬，由最低工資提高至現行工資，兩者相距一成半。

　　目前輸入外勞的難度增加，被問到面對人手不足的雇主，應如何處理有關情況時，康尼說雇主加人工便成：“我相信若出現市場問題，企業家得以市場方法解決外勞仲介”，包括提供更佳待遇，更靈活的外勞申請輪班調動和工作時間，而雇主亦應更積極進行招募工作。

老酒收購-家有老酒別樣情調

　　從古到今，人們的生活離不開酒收購老酒。在北京，也有這麽一位癡迷老酒的收藏者，他叫劉鋼，對酒有著自己獨到的見解。

　　劉鋼的老酒收藏要追溯到1989年，那年，北京紅星酒廠成立50周年，出了一款紀念版的二鍋頭，65度。當時二鍋頭通常都是56度，65度的早就停産 了，這種紀念版二鍋頭引起了劉鋼的注意。二十幾年間，他把老酒這件事給做大了，“如今，我大概存了1萬瓶左右，近500個品種。”劉鋼說。

　　“收藏酒，更多的是探求源遠流長的中國文化，憑吊那些已經和正在消失的故事。”劉鋼來到已經倒閉的通州老窖酒廠，站在殘垣斷壁前緬懷，“通州老窖曾是 北京最好的酒，好過二鍋頭。在清代，北方人管燒酒叫燒鍋。當時，咱們北京城分南路燒鍋和北路燒鍋。南路燒鍋在大興一帶，北路燒鍋就在通州。通州是通惠運河 的終點，全國各地的糧食在這裏彙集。釀酒的師傅在這裏用各種糧食創造了通州老窖，經曆數百年的風雨，這個酒廠于1991年倒閉。”破敗的酒廠原址還殘留著 有編號的酒窖，酒窖高約三米，寬敞得像個遊泳池。“而它現在已經空了，布滿了蜘蛛網。”劉鋼有著無法述說的情懷和感傷。

　　當年北平樂家藥鋪有一種酒叫綠茵陳，這種酒跟法國的薄荷酒一樣翠綠可愛，酒是用白幹加綠茵陳泡出來的。燕北春遲，初春剛一解凍，有一種野草叫蒿子的， 就滋出了嫩芽。一月是茵陳，二月就是蒿子。綠茵陳酒不但夏天祛暑，而且去濕。每到立夏，那時講究喝酒的人，因黃酒助濕，就改喝白幹，一個伏天總要喝上三五 回綠茵陳酒。當年梅蘭芳在北平的時候常跟齊如山下小館，梅蘭芳最愛吃陝西巷恩承居的素炒豌豆苗，齊如山必叫櫃上到打四兩綠茵陳來，邊吃邊喝。名菜配名酒， 堪稱“翡翠雙絕”。劉鋼回憶說，“這種綠茵陳酒，直到上世紀八十年代還生産，而現在是沒有了。”

　　不獨是翠綠的綠茵陳酒令人神往，風雅的文人墨客的生活中是離不了酒的。國畫大師傅抱石先生一生酷愛飲酒，尤喜茅台，據說，傅抱石老酒收購作 畫前有用茅台酒研墨調色的習慣，不僅畫有酒香，落筆更是有一種醉意微醺的灑脫。我們可以看到，傅抱石的畫常以一枚閑章“往往醉後”落款。據傅抱石之子傅二 石回憶說，並不是每一幅畫父親都會落下“往往醉後”之印，一定是在滿意的作品上才會加蓋。傅抱石酒後作畫就蓋上這枚印鑒，是因爲酒後吐真言，往往醉後見天 真，表明父親作畫時真實的精神狀態。

　　和他們一樣，劉鋼也真心愛酒，酒牽引著他對中國文化的情意，“當你飲酒時，你必然會吟詩，想說出精彩的話來。喝"白雲邊"，你會想起"且就洞庭賒月色，將船買酒白雲邊"。喝汾酒，你會想起"借問酒家何處有，牧童遙指杏花村"。它勾起我童年背誦詩詞的記憶。”

　　“酒的收藏是沒有止境的。收藏了十七種國家金獎名酒，五十八種銀獎優質酒，還有上百種省、部級優質酒。而每種酒背後的故事，它的曆史、工藝難道就不值 得探求嗎？這樣的收藏過程是無限的。”這樣的探求式收藏讓劉鋼樂在其中。在優質酒中有四五種是極難收藏到的，比如1963年的合肥薯幹酒，是當時困難時期 用白薯幹釀成的酒。由于它的曆史意義，國家破例讓它獲了獎。“據說目前只有合肥博物館收藏有一瓶。”

　　世界上六大蒸餾酒中，中國酒是工藝最複雜的，是惟一用曲子來發酵的一種。這是一種特殊而複雜的工藝，比如董酒，光曲子中就用中藥135味。“現在，很 多新的酒廠爲了快速發展，抛棄了傳統的工藝。材料也簡化了，工藝也簡化了，認真的態度也簡化了。我們收藏當年的酒，是想讓人們知道，多少年前它跟現在是不 一樣的。同時也提醒酒的制造者，在追求經濟效益的時候，是否應該恢複傳統的技藝，不要丟棄。提醒就是我們的使命。”劉鋼這麽說。
